From within our new website, you can now access your online account giving you access to your latest billing invoice, customer information, our new Help Desk / Ticketing system and more. Viewing your account history, updating your personal information and hosting packages have become a lot easier.

Over the last several years, Rocket City Hosting had been using a billing system that at the time of purchase meet our needs. However due to our continued growth and the needs of our customers, we have decided to implement a newer more modern billing system. We are in the process of implementing this new system now and will bring it on line as soon as we have everything configured and all customer data imported. Until that time, we will continue to use our existing system for billing.
